Use of this website constitutes the acceptance of these Terms of Use which take affect on the date from which you first use the site.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter Terms) set forth the terms and conditions to use the website (hereinafter Website) of the Private Protected Nature Area  Pichimahuida (hereinafter Project) and the data contained within it. By accessing and/or using the Website, you have read, consented and agreed to comply with all of the conditions in the present document. From time to time, these Terms may be modified. Please continue to review the Terms whenever accessing or using the Website.

The copyright for the Website is Registered with the Copyright Registration Service of the IP Rights Office, registration number 8116843356, it covers all proper to the Website textual content and images for the period of 2018-2033.


The entire content of the Website is considered to be the property of the Project with all rights reserved.  Except where expressly stated to the contrary the text, information and images contained in the Website are the property of the Project.

The content of the Website has been prepared in a trustworthy and truthful manner and all information is believed to be correct at the time of publication.  The information reflects strictly personal views of the proprietors of the Website. The content is regularly changed without prior notice.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under or pursuant to these Terms shall be settled by mutual agreement. Should such an agreement be impossible to reach, the dispute is to be settled under the conditions of the The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works in any of its State Parties. Disputes resolution is to be done by courts, not through an arbitration process. The Website is hosted in Switzerland.
